Bungree Specialist Homelessness Services team offers a range of support services for Aboriginal people at risk of homelessness or/ are homeless on the Central Coast, NSW.
This service supports Aboriginal people with high and complex needs who are homeless or at risk of homelessness to access and sustain stable housing.
We provide early intervention, housing referral and transitional accommodation.
Support also includes case management, outreach, advocacy and support to adults and families whose tenancy is at risk.
Post-crisis support will also be provided to support individuals and families to sustain their tenancies.

NSW Rent Choice Youth
Rent Choice Youth provides short to medium-term private rental assistance for people aged 16-24 who need a stable place to live.

Bungree Care finder Service – Bungree’s care finder Service provides specialist and intensive assistance to help ageing and older people understand, navigate and access aged care and connect with other relevant supports in the community.
Care finder Services are well suited to assist community members who may be socially isolated, have communication barriers, have difficulty processing information or those who are hesitant to engage with aged care.

Turool Kore Yanaga Wakali Program
The Yananga Wakali Program provides short to medium term transitional accommodation for Aboriginal Men who are exiting Hunter Correctional Facilities or have a current Community Corrections Order and reside in the Lake Macquarie region, and have been identified as being homeless or at risk of being homeless.
